An NVQ appropriate for candidates who work as Team Leaders.
NVQ in Team Leading is aimed at providing ongoing opportunities for persons already in this role to demonstrate and develop their skills and practical competence.
On completion they will have successfully achieved an NVQ to assist in their duty or role and provide a platform for further advancement.

- Persons involved in Team Leading whose work involves the application of their knowledge in their role.
- A person who can demonstrate a degree of autonomy in their role.
- For persons willing to gain a recognised certificate who are industry experienced.
- For new persons to enhance their existing skills who wish to demonstrate industry experience
- Other persons involved in this role who wish to gain a recognised qualifications
Candidates have the opportunity to develop skills within all aspects of industry which will assist in gaining the NVQ.
