The NVQ doesn't have to form part of an Apprenticeship. If the requirements and eligibility is met, then the NVQ can be delivered on it's own fully funded.
There are many different NVQ's which are designed to meet your requirements and expectations and are fitting to your current job role.
The NVQ is a work-based competence programme that will give you the qualification that you desire for the work that you do, which is proof of your competence within your role as judged by an independent assessor.
The NVQ will be assessed using various methods and means such as:
- Direct observation of you carrying out your work
- Questions about your role
- Produce evidence of documentation that you naturally complete
- Witness testimonies from your management
There are many types of methods that can be used and your assessor will take full advantage of them.
