What is a Skills Broker?

A skills broker is a person who is funded directly by the LSC (Learning Skills Council). He will offer you totally impartial advise on all training and funding options and how else you may be able to access alternative or additional sources of assistance.

He is totally free and will not charge you for any advice, he works independently of Mainstream, although we may have referred him.

As funding and rules evolve, they have the most up to date knowledge always available.

Regional or National?

Train to Gain is a national scheme that is also delivered at local and regional areas. Mainstream are contract holders to deliver NVQ’s and work with both large and small companies.

Should you have 1 or 100 branches we can access funding to deliver throughout and ensure all your training needs are met.
